Your truck and trailer beds will have significant wear and tear over the years. It is essential to make sure they stay reliable and strong. A bed liner will aid you in making your truck and trailer beds last as long as possible. They will protect the bed metal from the elements, and they minimize cargo movements because of the traction created from the liner. Crum Creek is offering a bed liner to create a superior coating for your DIY needs. Having someone else installing a truck bed liner can be expensive. To create your own bed liner, you only need a steady air supply and our Crum Creek Bedliner kit to get the job done. First time using a bed liner? Not a problem! We offer a diagram and simple instructions to follow to ensure that you know how to properly apply the Crum Creek Bedliner.
Crum Creek Bedliner is made by adding a hardener to a base bed liner. There is enough extra space in the base bedliner bottle to add the hardener directly to it. It takes approximately 4 quarts (128 oz) to line the entire bed of your truck. Once added to the base, the hardener will harden in about 40 minutes. Within 2 days your bedliner is fully cured and ready for heavy duty usage. It is very important to get the hardener mixed with the base, then sprayed on a tape lined surfaced before the end of that 40 minutes. Make sure that any tape used in this process is taken off before the bed liner hardens. If you need more hardener or bed liner, feel free to contact us for individual sales.
The reason Crum Creek Bedliner is different from other bed liners is the fast hardening time and the unique texturing. Since the outer surface hardens fast, it will not allow for impurities such as water and dirt to enter and compromise your bed liner. Greater texture keeps items in your bed stationary so you wont have to worry about sliding or tipping.
